A native Floridian, Mairim’s legal career began early with her participation in the prestigious law magnet program at Palm Beach Lakes High School. This early exposure to the intricacies of the law, coupled with her assertive and helpful nature, set the foundation for her future success. Her high school program allowed her to gain real-world insights through mock trials, college-level courses in criminal law, and guidance from experienced lawyers and judges.
Mairim furthered her education at the University of Central Florida, earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a certificate in Behavioral Forensics. Through her undergraduate studies, she discovered the importance of understanding and connecting with people, a skill set she believes sets her up for success in the legal world. She later graduated from Charlotte School of Law in North Carolina, combining her academic knowledge with community-focused initiatives such as pro bono work for homeless individuals.

Following her graduation, Mairim built an impressive legal career. She worked in personal injury law, criminal defense, and consulting for law firms, helping them modernize systems, improve staffing, and achieve operational growth. Notably, she spent several years helping firms fine-tune their processes and operations while providing a fresh perspective on challenges, proving herself as a trusted resource in the legal field.
Most recently, Mairim has found a new passion in digital marketing, a field that allows her to leverage her extensive legal experience to empower law firms. “I’ve always enjoyed helping people, and now I get to do it on a larger scale by helping law firms grow and thrive,” Mairim says. Her transition to marketing reflects her commitment to bridging the gap between legal knowledge and innovative technologies that drive success.

Well-known in the legal community for her role as Executive Director of the Treasure Coast Justice Association — a nonprofit dedicated to supporting plaintiff attorneys in personal injury law and related fields — where she oversees membership, event planning, sponsorships, and communication efforts, Mairim balances leadership with a genuine desire to make a difference.
Outside of work, she remains dedicated to giving back to her community and volunteering at local charity events and nonprofits. From food distribution programs with Generation Church to her service as the Vice President of Friends of Jupiter Beach, Mairim exemplifies what it means to lead with heart and purpose.

Mairim currently resides in Jupiter with her family, two rescue dogs named Ziggy and Kaya, and a rescue cat named Binx. In her free time, she also enjoys traveling with friends, wine tastings, kayaking in the local state parks, and going to Disney World.
