During the interview, Dyer explains that the firm was getting subpar results from its previous digital marketing agency. “We knew there were inefficiencies, and we knew that we could get more cases if we were … more efficient with our money,” he says. “When you know those things are working, you’re in a much better position, both mentally and practically to try different things and to take risks, and in business risks need to be taken,” Dyer says.
