[MIAMI, FLORIDA] — Law Firm Marketing Pros and the Miami-Dade Bar pay tribute to the life and legacy of Stuart Weissman, honoring a respected trial lawyer and community leader whose impact continues to resonate throughout the legal profession.
Stuart Weissman, 43, a beloved husband, father, friend, trial lawyer, and community leader, passed away on January 8, 2026, after a courageous two-and-a-half-year battle with cancer. Born in Tampa, Florida, on September 29, 1982, Weissman fought his illness with remarkable determination while continuing to inspire colleagues, friends, and the broader legal community.
As a former President of the Miami-Dade Bar Association and a highly respected medical malpractice trial attorney, Weissman earned admiration for his leadership, integrity, and commitment to justice. His contributions to the profession and the community were recognized during the March 12th Miami PI Masterclass hosted by Law Firm Marketing Pros and the Miami-Dade Bar, where legal professionals gathered not only to discuss the future of the legal industry, but also to honor the enduring legacy of one of its most dedicated advocates.
In honor of Stuart’s life and impact, colleagues and friends are encouraged to honor Weissman’s memory by supporting the Stuart Weissman Esophageal Cancer Walk on April 11, 2026, 9 am – 1 pm at George Steinbrenner Field in Tampa, Florida, helping raise awareness and funding for research and support efforts.
