CSM – Web Dev Meeting SOP 

Purpose #

This SOP is to help CSM and CSS identify when and how to join a Web Dev meeting.

Scope #

For when a CSM needs to discuss an issue with the Web Dev related to one of their clients.

Step-by-step instructions #

Describe the process in detail using flow charts and/or hierarchical checklists.

• Add issue to the Website Agenda TW project
• Announce that you’re joining that week’s meeting in advance:
  • Leave the following message into the #svc-websitegeneral Slack channel
    • “I will be joining this week’s Friday call to discuss [insert link to the task]”
  • Share any relevant  question or details in the TW task ahead of the meeting. If the issue is resolved before the meeting, then you may not need to join at all.
