  • Step 1: Retargeting
    • Create Retargeting template
    • Send to CorpID
    • Set up Sharpspring Account
    • Once Approved by Client – Create Campaign
  • Step 2: Clickcease
    • Link Google Ads
    • Domain Set up
    • Get codes
    • Send ticket to Amir
  • Step 3: CallRail 
    • Javascript snippet
    • Integration triggers
    • Manage integrations

 

  • Step 4: Landing Pages
    • Check phone number on CallRail
    • Test PPC Forms
    • Check if gtag and event snippet are on the TY page
  • Step 5: Conversion Tracking
    • Check for “Last conversion recorded” 
    • Check for “Tag inactive”
    • If Tag inactive, check if gtag and event snippet are on the TY page
  • Step 6: PPC Maintenance 
    • Budget Pacing
    • Disapprove Ads and Extensions
    • Check Conversion Rates
    • Check Low Impression 
    • Check Avg. CPC
    • Add Negative Display Placements on Display and Video for ALL Clients
    • Add Negative Keywords from Smart Campaigns
    • Check Conversion Rates
    • Check CTR for the accounts that needs maintenance asap
