Make Up Missed Hours SOP
Instructions – Make a copy of this document and move it into your proper department process folder. If you don’t have one, create one.
The purpose is to become responsible in balancing work obligations
This is for the team members to compensate for their missed hours and in order for the Managers to give some stuff to work on that needs to be done.
Definitions & acronyms #
- Missed Hours: Total number of working hours or days that are lost because of emergencies or any health conditions.
Note: add a diagram to the top of your protocol. Add screenshots and videos as needed to each step. Remember, we need to act as if the person reading this does not know anything or very little about our processes. This is a teaching tool, be very detailed, overly if necessary.
