Introduction Email (CSM to Client)

DESCRIPTION:  You will meet the client on the onboarding call; however, it’s important to make immediate contact on the same day or shortly after so that they have all of your contact information (the intake team will also be cc’ing you on all communications during the onboarding phase as they work with the client to gain access to their properties). In some cases, the client may book the onboarding call a week to ten days out, in that case send your introductory email asap before that meeting. 


Remember, consistent client communication is the key to retention. Retention = bonuses. 



  1. Send your new client an introduction email (Intake will remind you of this as they have a dedicated task on the onboarding task list).
  2. Confirm with intake that this has been done on the client project or task comment.
