Purpose #

The overall purpose of this SOP is to ensure that clients receive every leadform. By following this SOP it will not only ensure this but will also insulate us from any accusations of not delivering leads by the client. 

Scope #

This is for the Client’s CSM and also Operations support and website team. It’s also a good idea to notify PPC and DLF. 

Definitions & acronyms #

  • CSM: Client Success Manager
  • CSS: Client Success Specialist 
  • GBP: Google Business Profile
  • CMP: Client Master Project
  • LFD: Lead Form Dashboard

Please note: If a client just needs to add another email address to receive lead forms please add them to the LeadGare (Lead Form Dashboard)
