Meetings – document in the message section, and add a meeting category.
Department managers tasks pending from client – add to task and connect the ticket to the task/visa versa. Notes, all communication on said topic should be done on the ticket but if support is needed from the account manager a comment can be made on that task “hey we need help, the client is not getting back to us”, etc.
Messages – used by CSM’s and ASM to communicate on a higher level such as sharing meeting notes. It can also be used by CSM’s and ASM’s to share department wide notifications such as “hey here’s the new logo for xyz client, see link and confirm this message.”
