Hiring Protocol – New Team Member Hiring Kick Off Process #

 

Follow these steps if you are conducting the hiring process for a position within our agency.  A new candidate has been selected for hire.

 

Submit the following to HR (Mai Abuhan and Mel Weeks) via email (see template in the next section): #

 

  • Full Name 
  • Contact information including email, phone number and location
  • Position 
  • Reporting to: team leader it the new hire is a support/specialist or director of agency services manager if a the hire is a team leader
  • Projected start date
  • Starting salary in the form of hourly (North American) or monthly (non domestic, including PH) pay 90 days
  • Starting salary in the form of hourly (North American) or monthly (non domestic, including PH) pay after 90 day probationary period
  • Growth plan (if any) in the form of milestones

 

EMAIL TEMPLATE #

Email Subject: [Position] New Hire, Proceed with Offer Letter #

 

Hi Mel & Mai, 

 

We have made the decision to hire [name] for the position of [position].  Please process an offer letter and proceed with the hiring process.
