Purpose #
The purpose is to give advance notification to ensure organizational operations continue to run efficiently and smoothly and to give Managers/Senior Management more chances to plan ahead.

This is for the Managers/Senior Management to plan accordingly .

Step-by-step instructions
- Step 1:Â
- Send an advance notice a month or a week before the Holiday via email to Andy and cc: Jonelle,Josh, Vince and Mel for scheduling purposes and attach the Holiday Schedule.
- Step 2:
- If the advance notice is approved by them, HR will draft a memo for review and approval.
- Step 3:Â
- After Approval, HR will share the memo with the rest of the team so that department managers can plan ahead especially scheduled meetings.Â
